Founded in 1974, Royal Subs has been serving the community fresh, honest food for generations. We’re known for our soft, sweet bread baked right on the premises every single day because great sandwiches start with great bread.

Our meats and cheeses are sliced fresh daily, our produce is prepped fresh every day, and nothing is rushed or taken for granted. We believe you can taste the difference when food is made the right way.

Royal Subs is about more than just great subs. We pride ourselves on outstanding customer service and being an active part of the communities we serve. Our goal has always been simple: serve a high quality product, treat people right, and offer it all at a fair price.

Today, we’re proud to be entering our next chapter by franchising the Royal Subs brand allowing us to bring the same quality, care, and community focus to even more neighborhoods.

Screw any pub sub, or subway sandwich you’ve ever heard. The customer service is a 10/10 ALWAYS. Every time I walk in, I’m immediately greeted and asked about my day. We had a catering order and called less than 24 hours before we needed it! They don’t have delivery on Saturdays, but he helped us with get our order done. Royal Subs took our order and had it ready for us. Everything looks amazing. Thank you Royal Subs💙

Listen, weather you need to get your day going with some protein or need a kick in the middle of the day, Royal Subs on Okeechobee Blvd. got you. Stop by and enjoy the fresh bread, the delicious sandwiches, and friendly service. I have had the pleasure of enjoying their sandwiches for years. Get them how you want em', lots of  items to customize, hot or cold, can't go wrong.
